Network Goals

I am confident that the new iteration of the WPS Research Network will be a formidable platform for creating a close-knit, collaborative community of feminist scholars dedicated to pioneering new approaches in foreign policy and international relations. I aim to establish a vibrant environment where innovative research ideas thrive and new collaborative projects take root, engaging undergraduate and graduate students and emerging and established scholars alongside civil society and government partners. By fostering a scholarly community grounded in the feminist ethos, we can move away from the extractive and clientelist practices sometimes found in academia. Together, we can ensure our research profoundly impacts scholarship and the very practice of peace, security, and foreign policy.
